Description of Service
Ghost provides AI visibility tools including:
- Website scanning and analysis
- AI-generated SEO fixes
- GitHub integration for automated pull requests
- Brand monitoring across AI platforms
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Submit malicious URLs or code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use the Service to harm competitors through false claims
Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit
- Our Service: Ghost's code, design, and features are our property
- Generated Content: AI-generated fixes become your property once delivered
- Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Service
Payment Terms
Subscription
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
Usage Limits
- Free tier includes limited scans per month
- Overages on paid plans may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to throttle excessive usage
Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for downtime beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Ghost and its team from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
